International flights arrive in Jakarta (CGK) or Bali (DPS) Indonesia. You will need an onward domestic flight to (MGK) Padang in West Sumatra. Citilink and Garuda are recommended options. It is also possible to arrive in Padang from Kuala Lumpur.
An overnight stay is necessary in Padang. It is best to arrive in Padang on a Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. The Mentawai Fast Ferry leaves from Padang Harbor on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 7 AM for Tua Pejat in the Mentawai Islands.
Our staff will be waiting to pick you up at the Tua Pejat Harbor and transfer you to Toska on Awera Island (inclusive). The ferry returns to Padang on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 3 PM and arrives in Padang at 6 PM. It is recommended to spend a night in Padang upon your return.
